About the Job:

Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Travel within a 50-mile radius of your home location
• Respond quickly to plumbing service requests
• Ensure all work areas are organized, clean, and comply with safety standards
• Manage multiple plumbing projects while maintaining top-quality workmanship
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and stay within budget

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Plumber credentials
• Solid experience in plumbing systems, including installations and repairs
• Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Strong organizational abilities and independence in managing tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
