TITLE: LGRAC Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Securely opening and closing the facility
• Key holder for the building
• Ensures daily checklist are complete by student workers
• Customer service representative for external community memberships
• Assisting external rental groups with facility access and setup
• Responsible for inventorying and securing all desk supplies
• Supervising BRAC Attendants and assisting them with main facility access
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations of facility
• Represent the Athletic Department in the Babson Community and help ensure a positive experience for all users of our facility
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required

This position will assist with other duties in the facility as assigned.

Qualifications: Applicants should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently and multi-task successfully. Applicants should have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with many different members of the Babson community, including faculty, staff, alumni, students and visitors to campus.

Hours: 8-15 hours per week available.
