Legal Operations Manager (Remote)

Our platform is an essential piece of the daily work for machine learning engineers, from academic research institutions like FAIR and UC Berkeley to massive enterprise teams including iRobot, OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Samsung, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lyft, and more.
The Legal Operations Managerwill work closely with the Head of Legal, and partner with Revenue Operations and Finance,to evolve legal processes and implement tools that drive better collaboration across W&B.

Responsibilities:

• Implement CLM tool and ensure contracts are well maintained
• Develop legal process guides and enablement materials
• Review NDAs and vendor agreements based on legal playbooks
• Track legal KPIs and contractual risk

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. degree or relevant experience
• 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience, with 2+ years of experience in legal operations or contracts management
• Strong preference for experience in the technology/software industry
• Experience implementing and integrating legal tools (e.g., CLM, self-service contracting, e-signature, compliance solutions, etc.)
• Understanding of NDAs, vendor agreements, and contracts generally
• Proven track record of building effective processes, identifying key pain points, and delivering measurable improvements
• Experience with training and enabling the organization on legal processes and policies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment
