The Legal & Policy Team is Snap’s dedicated in-house law firm, policy consultant, lobbyist, thought partner, and all-around advisor. Legal Executive Assistant

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support, anticipating needs and managing complex calendars to multiple leaders in the Legal Department 

  • Provide litigation administrative support to a growing litigation team

  • Organize and maintain documentation, case files, and forms requisite to the litigation practice area

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense submission

  • Build relationships with executives and their assistants across various teams in the organization

  • Navigate complex matrixed organizations and enhance organizational communications

  • Take on non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, generating insights and research for decision-making, and assisting with event planning

  • Project manage milestone reporting by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners for timely delivery

  • Maintain regular team communications and coordinate team meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in litigation case management, including calendaring, docketing, filing, and executing on process workflows

  • Ability to operate with courage, show empathy, and instill trust through honesty and integrity

  • Capability to solve problems through action, make high-quality decisions, and think with a strategic mindset

  • Graceful management of ambiguity, cultivation of innovation, and an insatiable desire to learn

  • High proficiency in new technologies, programs, and applications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style

  • Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners in various time zones

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role, supporting lawyers or a legal team 

  • Experience supporting litigators, including docket or case management and calendaring

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
