Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Immigration Case Manager/Business Development Professional. This role blends client relationship management, document coordination, and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing immigration cases efficiently, and contributing to the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients via email, text, and phone calls to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Document Management: Oversee the organization and accuracy of client documents to facilitate smooth immigration processes and compliance with regulations.
Client Needs: Proactively understand and meet client needs, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to enhance productivity and ensure the timely delivery of immigration services.
Client Retention: Follow up with potential clients and leads to encourage them to choose our firm for their immigration needs.
Communication Bridge: Act as a liaison between clients and employers to facilitate the timely and accurate exchange of information.
Workflow Management: Adhere to established workflows to meet organizational goals and effectively address client needs.
Immigration Focus: Specialize in Canadian immigration matters including work permits, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Labor Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), family class sponsorships, and appeals. Assist with billing and operational tasks as needed.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, refine messaging, and target audience strategies. Assist sales executives in negotiating and closing deals by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Proven experience in immigration case management and/or business development, preferably within the Canadian immigration sector.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration policies and procedures (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience in sales and marketing strategies is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
