• 1+ year of leasing experience (preferred)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; social media skills a plus
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Saturday availability

Your Day-to-Day:

• Tour prospects & close leases
• Keep model units and community tour-ready
• Maintain accurate resident files & lease paperwork
• Support property marketing & online outreach
• Deliver excellent resident service while ensuring compliance
