Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting clients in the management of their real estate center information through web-based software.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for reading and processing simple to moderate lease documents.
- Reconcile accounts against variance report and lease documents.
- Create Helpdesk tickets for workflow management.
- Monitor shared mailboxes.
- Maintain relationships with clients.
- May be required to provide administrative support to other personnel within the department.
- Provide backup support to Lease Administrator as needed.
- Assist with special projects.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of highly successful real estate experience with some accounting experience.
- Lease database experience preferred; TRIRIGA experience is a plus.
- Data Center experience a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- May perform other duties as assigned
