THE JOB:
As a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Partner, you will serve as a trusted LMS consultant, providing Workday Learning expertise, guidance, and support across the organization. Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders, you will play a key role in driving the effectiveness of LMS strategies, optimizing learning experiences, and fostering continuous improvement.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Address LMS-related requests and inquiries via the NeoCase Management System.
- Create and maintain all LMS element functionality including content integrations and creation, creating classes, building assignments, researching databases for information.
- Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance, and escalation management.
- Maintain accurate data and records, analyze reporting data to identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to Learning teams, HR partners, and training management; support audit requests by creating and validating reports as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set timelines, prioritize tasks, manage projects, and ensure the successful delivery of results with minimal supervision.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be located in one of the following states: Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, Mississippi, or Ohio.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in LMS, Project Management, Coding/Systems Management, or IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Knowledge or experience with Workday, Workday LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, Canva, and/or HTML (preferred).
- Additional certifications in software, human performance, adult learning, or related areas (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and takes pride in their work.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
