About the Role
In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a Learning Experience Designer who will own the design of programming that supports thousands of college students in their journeys to strong postgraduate opportunities.
As a member of the Design Team, which is within the Product Team, you will play a critical role in both improving existing programming and piloting new initiatives that round out the holistic student experience in Braven. One key program you will own is the Professional Mentor Program, which currently serves 800 mentoring pairs a year (and growing), and serves as a key lever in supporting students in attaining internships and other career-accelerating opportunities while in college.
