MNTN is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to support our Learning and Development function, focusing on teammate development and consumer education. As a key member of the Learning and Development team, you will work alongside our training and content management team to rapidly design, develop and implement learning initiatives that deliver measurable results. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. You must be agile, highly collaborative, and able to think on your feet.
You will:
- Partner across all lines of the business to create engaging content, e-Learning courses and multimedia deliverables that support continuous and blended learning
- Have a track record of high-quality deliverables
- As a rapidly growing organization, tight deadlines and rapid turnaround, in your projects, is a must
- Champion learning innovation by researching, consulting on and leveraging new training techniques and opportunities to integrate technology components.
- Remain current with e-Learning and instructional design, by researching/learning new authoring tools, environments, media and techniques
- Thrive in a rapidly growing company and eagerly embrace change both personally and professionally
- You use ADDIE, in order to create learning, flowing from needs analysis, content sourcing, development and impactful design
You have:
- 5+ years’ experience in instructional design and learning asset materials development.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree from an accredited college/university in adult education, learning science or related discipline; instructional design a plus.
- Experience with learning development tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Storyline 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite) and prior knowledge of designing interactive learnings, performance support resources and creating effective storyboards.
- Obsessed with stakeholder partnership, while possessing strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to assess learning needs, propose, design, develop, deliver and measure success of learning solutions
