The CenterWell PCO Learning Team is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and technically skilled Learning Analytics Data Lead (Data Visualization Lead) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. We aggregate learning outcome metrics from multiple sources. We communicate these insights to the business units we support, harnessing the power of data and analytics to drive meaningful insights, enhance our training programs, and empower our teams to succeed. Reporting to the Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness, you will design, implement, and maintain the data infrastructure supporting CenterWell learning analytics, with a focus on data integrity, security, and business intelligence. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless, accurate, and actionable learning data delivery by managing SQL Server databases, Python ETL pipelines, API integrations, and Power BI reporting environments. The Data Visualization Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Learning Analytics Data Lead has these key responsibilities:
- Design, create, and modify SQL Server database tables and views to support new learning analytics use cases and evolving business logic
- Perform controlled data updates or deletions, ensuring data integrity and recovery safeguards are in place
- Validate and execute complex queries and scripts to maintain accurate data
- Monitor and troubleshoot API integrations (e.g., Cornerstone) and update Python ETL scripts as needed
- Integrate new or updated report views into ETL pipelines
- Monitor daily automated ETL jobs, investigate failures, and rerun jobs following validation
- Manage user access and security groups across Dev, QA, and Prod Power BI environments
- Develop and maintain Power BI dataflows, dashboards, and visuals; schedule and monitor dataset refreshes
- Execute deployments using Power BI Deployment Pipelines
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, applying reconciliation and equivalency logic to learner records
- Aggregate, standardize, and reconcile learning data sources
The Data Visualization Lead may work with stakeholders to perform data analytics and write software. Assists in the development of our cloud based analytics platform. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics (preferably within learning or HR domains)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Servier, Python, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
- Experience with API integrations (Cornerstone or other LMS preferred)
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI development and administration
- Strong understanding of data integrity, governance, and security best practices
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
- Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, or similar
- Advanced degree in a technology or quantitative discipline, such as computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related field
- Experience working with learning measurement, LMS systems, or HR analytics
- Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
- Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
- Experience with AI prompt engineering
- 2 or more years of technical project leadership experience
- Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours
