What You Will Do

As the Talent Acquisition Learner, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and engage top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and mission. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant records. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our People team, develop valuable recruiting skills, and contribute to building a strong, dynamic team at Chomps. 

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Learner will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of a dynamic and growing organization, as well as exposure to various facets of people management, organizational development and working cross functionally with all other departments. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and guidance to help you excel in your role and lay the groundwork for a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
