Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leadership Development Associate to support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about professional growth, organizational leadership, and talent development.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with senior leadership and program managers to ensure high-quality execution of leadership programs while contributing to curriculum development, participant engagement, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs

• Support curriculum development and training materials aligned with leadership frameworks

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and participant experience

• Monitor program effectiveness and assist with reporting and evaluations

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, mentors, and participants

• Maintain accurate program documentation and scheduling

• Contribute to continuous improvement of leadership initiatives and internal processes
