We are looking to add a new addition to our team as a Lead Warehouse Associate in Belleville! 

As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient loading and unloading of our goods. You will work closely with our warehouse team and truck drivers to ensure that our shipments are delivered safely and on time. 

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages
• Sort and stack materials in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers and warehouse team members
• Cover routes as needed
• Follow company safety processes and procedures
• Train new Warehouse Associates on the floor
•  Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) 
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Schedule: Hours may vary and are subject to change based on business requirements and specific route needs.

Pay: $18.50 to $20 per hour. Once CDL C is obtained there will be potential for an increase. 

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Keen detail orientation skills

Travel & Work Conditions:

• Frequency to lift up to 105 pounds
• Exposure weather conditions with possible exposure to extreme hot and cold weather elements when outside or driving
• Frequent Heavy Strength Work environment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• 2+ years warehouse experience

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future
