Job Description

Position Title: Lead Training CMA Coordinator
Department: Case Management Agency (CMA)
Reports to: Director of CMA Operations and Communications
FLSA: Non-exempt
Supervisor Responsibilities: N/A
Starting Range: $25.47 - $26.45 hourly (Rates reflect FY25-26 and are subject to change. Contact hr@tre.org to confirm current rates.)

General Description:

The Lead Training CMA Coordinator plays a critical role in training and mentoring a team of coordinators across the Case Management Agency (CMA). This position maintains a small caseload while serving as a subject matter expert in all Medicaid Waivers, including Children’s Waivers, IDD, and Non-IDD programs. The Lead supports Supervisors in enhancing team performance, compliance, and quality service delivery. Responsibilities include training, onboarding, coaching, and assisting in statewide and internal change implementations.
