Lead Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (Sales Process)

Zuora, Inc. seeks Lead Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (Sales Process) to:

• Develop innovative SaaS solutions and build a comprehensive technology infrastructure and components to ensure customers experience seamless customer support. 
• Report project progress and updated alternative methods of proceeding to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with product owners to identify business requirements that may be automated and converted into deliverables using Salesforce Technology. 
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to ensure users’ profiles and details within those profiles are secure. 
• Support UI/UX teams in designing the front-end platform and user interface to enhance the customer experience. 
• Configure automation processes using established design standards and core workflow principles, while considering scalability, reliability, and performance.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's experience as a computer systems engineer/architect/consultant in IT services, or a related occupation. Must have successfully completed Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification requirements. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

1. Salesforce, AppExchange, Visual Force, Data Loader, and Copado; 
2. SaaS Environment, SoapUI, Workbench, and JIRA; and 
3. Lucid chart, Google Suite, and Visual Studio.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Base pay is only one element of Zuora’s Total Rewards Package. Additional elements may also include bonus/variable compensation, equity and comprehensive benefits, more details found here.
