The Lead Supply Assistant is a working team member that serves as a knowledgeable resource for other team members. May coordinate the work of others. Uses expertise to ensure supply assistants restock, maintain, fill and deliver ingoing and/or outgoing supplies to designated areas or across the organization including supply carts, automated supply stations, nursing station. Supply assistant fill orders for clinics and walk-in customers.

**REQUIRED** A Driver's License in good standing.        

Required Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Supply Chain - 3 years of Supply or Inventory Experience

Description

1. Maintains the Supply Cart/Warehouse inventory and replenishes items to their par level. Organizes signature logs and receiving documentation related to all deliveries and/or returns.

2. Ensures stocks are received, stored and or rotated properly and out of dates are removed per best practices.

3. Corrects any discrepancies between station quantity and physical quantity.

4. Assist in filling orders for clinics and walk-in customers.

5. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.

6. Maintains superior customer relations with all customers and strives to exceed expectations.

7.Handles receiving and return process to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries or returns.

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
