Job Summary:
The Team Lead Spa Concierge is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the spa front desk while supporting overall spa performance. This role leads the hiring, training, and development of front desk staff, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational consistency. The Team Lead sets the tone for a welcoming, guest-focused environment and leads by example in all interactions.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.00 /hr - $24.69/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

- Oversee day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and service standards are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Book and manage all spa services, packages, and reservations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all treatments, services, and retail offerings
- Support spa therapists by providing timely and accurate information regarding checked-in guests and scheduled appointments
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas, including light cleaning as needed
- Support and monitor retail inventory, including scheduled counts and organization
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for spa front desk team members
