Job Description

As a Lead Digital Architect, you will oversee our design, development, and implementation of digital solutions. You will play a crucial role in defining our digital initiatives' strategic direction and roadmap, aligning technology solutions with business goals, and driving innovation to improve our digital capabilities. You will provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the digital architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning it with our overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead the design and development of digital solutions, including defining system architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and integration architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the digital architecture team, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed in the design and development of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital architecture, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the organization's digital capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital solutions and processes and propose new technologies and approaches to improve our digital capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, present technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least five years) in digital architecture, solution design, and technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in system, data, application, and integration architecture.
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and digital security.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, providing technical leadership, and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Additional Information

• The salary range for this position is $110,500-$130,000/YR depending on experience.
