Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Technology Group is hiring a Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce to design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs. Drive complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact. Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in- depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Assist in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Drive projects. Telecommuting is permitted. Must report in person to the location listed as the work location weekly.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving software or application development and engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
Five years of experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools; experience with one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, MongoDB, or DB2 LUW; and experience with Agile methodologies. Must possess five years of experience with at least 5 of the following technical skills: · Experience in developing Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC); · Experience with Salesforce Objects and Data Model; · Experience with Salesforce Sites; · Experience with API Calls; · Experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation; · Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins, or Urbancode Deploy · Experience using development toolkit such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket; · Experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation.
