Responsibilities:
- Contribute to front end development finding creative and elegant solutions to complex problems
- Be a champion of UI best practices for the team
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers and development teams to help drive standardization of UI patterns
- You will have opportunities to work on innovative projects that are showcased at our annual Inspire conference
- Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Expertise with React.js / Redux (or similar Javascript framework)
- Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability
- Strong command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, browser performance
- Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards
- Ability to juggle priorities and make the right tradeoffs in feature content while ensuring customer success
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a globally distributed team
- Critical thinker with a curious, passionate and growth-oriented mindset
