Lead/Senior Product Manager

THE ROLE

We're searching for a driven Lead or Senior Product Manager to take charge of our product planning, translate ideas into successful strategies and features, and oversee product development from conception to release. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that we meet our revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with our vision
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
• Translate product strategy into clear designs and requirements
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRDs)
• Ensure that products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule
• Recommend ways to track product use and its impact on end-users

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to develop successful product strategies
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Technical background with a clear understanding of software development and web technologies
• Familiarity with software terms and participate in technical discussions with the Engineering team
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• At least a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
