Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of an organization to ensure compliance with standards for Global Payment Network & High Brand Risk.

Actively manages and escalates risk and issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Maintains documentation of compliance activities including investigation outcomes.
• Conducts and directs internal investigation of policy issues.
• Identifies issues that require follow-up and investigation.
• Escalates violations of policies through appropriate channels
• Corresponds with internal and externals partners including investigation and remediation.
• Assess non-compliance fees for policy violations.

Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Social Sciences or related
• 4+ years Financial services, or related experience

In Lieu of Education Experience

• 6+ years AML, Fraud, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related experience

Preferred Requirements
 

• 6+ years AML, Fraud, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related experience
• Other: CAMS Certification, other Compliance, Fraud, Audit or related certification

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
