Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will guide the team and provide expert advice on end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
Release Train Engineer: A servant leader who (a) manages the flow of value; (b) serves as the ART champion; (c) drives/steers an ART’s journey; (d) supports ART events, ceremonies and processes, and; (d) coaches squads to self-organize, self-manage and speed delivery.
- Guide and provide insight on designing and implementing a program or initiative.
- Monitor the maintenance and report on goals and processes for a program or initiative.
- Examine and report on progress for a program or initiative.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for a program or initiative.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years of experience
- Experience Leading PI Planning – aligning all squads to a shared mission and program roadmap.
- Experience Supporting PI Execution – synchronization, tracking, refinement, optimization, continuous delivery.
- Experience Coaching and Training – Agile practices, ceremonies, LPM, EOM, roles and responsibilities
- Experience Optimizing Flow – enabling features to move quickly from concept to cash (deployment/release)
- Experience with Reporting – real-time and trending readouts, EOM OKRs, dashboards, officer-level reporting.
- Experience with Relentless Improvement – fostering speedier delivery of business value and operational excellence.
- Experience with Risks and Issues, dependencies, impediments, escalations; resolving risks before they become issues.

Skills
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- The group of skills related to Performance Measurement including evaluating programs, evaluating vendors, and defining and measuring KPIs
- Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process

- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
