Lead Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead QA to join our team.

Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and deliverables.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and defects.
• Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and advocate for best practices.
• Participate in project planning and provide input on quality-related aspects.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance QA practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance is required.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficient in scripting for test automation such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms is highly desired.
