Job Description
As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a vital role in the company’s success story. You’ll manage a structured qualification process, using proven scripts and systems to identify qualified prospects and connect them with senior financial advisors. Responsibilities
- Conduct professional initial consultations with potential clients using established scripts
- Handle multi-channel communication including phone calls, emails, and text responses
- Execute a structured qualification process using 4-5 initial questions followed by detailed follow-up questions
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior financial advisors
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Support the sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
- Manage administrative tasks during slower periods to support team efficiency
- Collaborate with senior team members to optimize the qualification process
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear phone presence
- Previous experience in customer service or lead qualification roles
- Proven track record working with US-based clients
- Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent listening skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions
