Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of safety systems that encompass user-facing product, content moderation and machine learning (ML).
Own ideation, prioritization and execution of features, products, and systems to ensure the platform is safe from misinformation and deceptive behavior.
Analyze user data to gather meaningful feedback and insights that drive and influence product development strategies.
Provide product roadmap management and leadership for the development and execution of strategies, leveraging technical and technology-oriented business background to ensure seamless strategic synergy between internal technical team and business stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver detailed and effective project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.
Mentor junior-level team members.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $414000 annually.
