Lead Processing Operations Supervisor

Hybrid Schedule
The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our team in a unique role that combines clinical support, staff leadership, and medical report processing. This hybrid position offers a combination of on-site work at one of our IMA locations and remote work. This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.    

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support clinic staff while assisting with daily operations.
  • Perform clinical duties, including patient intake, EKGs, blood draws, and exam room preparation.
  • Review and process medical evaluation reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure documentation meets quality standards.
  • Maintain medical records, databases, and clinical supplies.
  • Provide training and operational support to multiple locations as needed.
  • Travel to assigned clinics, including occasional overnight travel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with EMR systems; PFT experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
