Montessori Children’s House (MCH) of Warminster is seeking a Lead Primary Teacher to join our established, highly respected Montessori school.

Founded in 1964, MCH is a non-profit school serving children ages 12 months to 6 years. Our mission is to bring Dr. Maria Montessori’s educational philosophy to life in a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment for children, parents, and educators.

Your Role:
As a Lead Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Cultivate a peaceful, engaging Montessori classroom where children can grow in independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
  • Guide students through authentic Montessori lessons and practices that support their natural curiosity and development.
  • Partner with families to foster strong, collaborative relationships in support of each child’s success.
  • Contribute to a professional, engaged and supportive teaching team and a vibrant school community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field (or an unrelated degree with at least 24 credits in one of these areas).
  • Montessori Primary (Early Childhood) certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited program preferred).
  • PA Nursery/Kindergarten Private Academic Certification or PA Instructional 1 Certification in ECE, or eligibility for certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Montessori early childhood classroom experience.
