Lead Pricing & Land Analyst

We are Lennar

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for their Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service, giving back to the communities in which we work and live in, and fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our Associates throughout their career. Lennar is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and technically proficient leader to oversee our Pricing Machine initiative—a flagship analytics product aimed at transforming how we price homes and align land acquisition strategies. This role is a unique blend of product leadership, technical depth, and business insight. You’ll lead the charge to ensure our homes are priced right, sold at the right time, and supported by a smart land acquisition strategy that fuels profitable growth across 40+ divisions.

You'll wear multiple hats—strategic product owner, analytics lead, and stakeholder liaison—connecting data science, product management, and land strategy into a unified vision. If you're passionate about using data and technology to drive better business decisions and want to play a key role in reshaping the homebuilding industry, we want to talk to you.

  • Define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback, adoption, and business impact.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across data science, land acquisition, sales, and executive stakeholders.

Product & Project Management

  • Serve as the product leader, overseeing the full lifecycle from vision to rollout and iteration.

  • Coordinate technical teams working on machine learning models, pricing algorithms, and data pipelines.

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, managing timelines and prioritizing features.

Data Science & Algorithm Oversight

  • Guide experimentation and validation of pricing models including elasticity, pacing, and revenue optimization.

  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and business relevance of algorithmic outputs.

  • Collaborate with data science teams to test hypotheses, gather feedback, and communicate insights clearly to business partners.

Land Strategy Integration

  • Use pricing insights to inform future land acquisitions, product-mix recommendations, and market strategy.

  • Support the Land team with data tools and dashboards that automate decision-making and connect land deals with projected community performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or a related analytical field with equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or data science—ideally within pricing, real estate, or technology-driven strategy roles.

  • Strong fluency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or data science tools.

  • Experience managing complex projects and technical products end-to-end.

  • A bias toward action and iterative improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and make the complex simple.
