Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Andover Pay: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience – Andover is looking for a passionate, dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. We provide a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment where children ages 2.5–4 learn through discovery, creativity, and play.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support assistant teachers in your classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
• Partner with the Center Director to achieve classroom and enrollment goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• ECE certification (required).
• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
