Lead Pharmacy Technician - MD Calls

Job Details

The PAC MD Calls Lead Pharmacy Technician role was created to provide growth opportunities for current ExactCare Pharmacy Technicians that have displayed dedication to enhancing their skill set. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert of the PAC MD Call Center of Excellence. They will work alongside management to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to act as a leader. This includes, but is not limited to, living by example and supporting company and department goals. As well, the Lead Technician will demonstrate their ability drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert with current end to end new/existing MD call processes

• Creating, Interpreting, Monitoring of salesforce reports and following up (prescriptions received and denied, daily call volume, performance management)

• Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules

• Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No active performance management or corrective action

• Preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician for ExactCare Pharmacy

• Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards
