Lead Mixologist

Full Time

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Lead Mixologist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.   The Lead Mixologist must maintain and control a high level of guest service achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead cocktail creations and menu costings

• Control par levels and orderings

• Handle daily requisitions

• Implement bar P&Ps and daily duties

• Coordinate the beverage program between outlets

• Coach and train bartenders to ensure consistency

• Following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.

• The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

• Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

• The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

• The position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years experience in a luxury resort

• 2-3 years of experience mixology

• Fluent English

• Food and beverage knowledge

• Strong commitment to service

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
