We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Market Development manager to lead all product-related initiatives from one of our strategic OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer).  In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide planning and coordination for new product introductions, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, IT, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing high-profile product partnerships, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to drive projects from conception to execution. Familiarity with AT&T’s systems and processes is highly beneficial, enabling you to navigate internal workflows efficiently and maximize the impact of the OEMs product launches.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the following duties emphasize the management of a Lead Market Development manager:

Strategic Leadership:
•    Demonstrate strategic leadership by proactively shaping product initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving long-term business objectives in partnership with the OEM. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•    Drive seamless collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams—including, but not limited to, marketing, digital, operations, IT, device technology, Retail, and Customer Care—by fostering alignment, clear communication, and accountability to ensure the flawless execution of Apple product initiatives.

Project Management: 
•    Oversee project management for OEM-related initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly.
•    Communicate updates, risks, and successes to executive leadership and relevant teams, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
•    Champion process improvements and best practices to optimize product launch efficiency and customer experience.
•    Support post-launch activities, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
•    Monitor industry trends and the OEM’s product roadmap to anticipate opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to leadership. 
Stakeholder Communication and Leadership:
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and execution strategies.
•    Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Education/ Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Preferred Experience:
•    A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, product marketing, or a related field is required.
•    Experience working in cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Strong knowledge of retail store designs and customer-centric product messaging strategies.

Preferred Skills: 
•    Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
•    Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
•    Strong customer-centric mindset with an ability to anticipate customer needs and design product experiences that deliver exceptional value
•    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
•    Familiarity with AT&T’s internal systems, workflows, and organizational structure is highly advantageous.
•    Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting to evolving priorities
