Join HII Mission Technologies as the Lead Logistics Support for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center's critical national security mission. You'll lead logistics operations for the Weapon Storage and Security System (WS3) and Disablement Management System (DMS) programs that support nuclear deterrence capabilities worldwide. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage complex supply chains and logistics operations for systems deployed across NATO locations in Europe and other worldwide sites.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

Logistics Leadership & Management:
•    Oversee all packaging, handling, shipping, storage, and transportation for worldwide test and evaluation operations
•    Lead provisioning, supply, quality, maintenance, training, and sustainment of specialized test equipment
•    Manage logistics planning and execution for acquisition and sustainment programs supporting WS3 and DMS systems
•    Direct logistics support operations for equipment deployed in the United States and NATO countries
•    Utilize DoD Management Information Systems (SBSS, D035, D043, ILS-S, CDAS, ETIMS, PIDS, D200A/C)
•    Manage stock listing, disposals, re-procurements, and configuration management processes
•    Coordinate technical/drawing reviews, validation/verification, and technical order modifications
•    Support the WS3 Product Support Manager (PSM) and Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate personnel
•    Input data to government reports and data systems
•    Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and required meetings/briefings
•    Monitor, collect, evaluate, and assemble data for reports and briefings
•    Coordinate with external organizations including AFGSC/A4, USAFE/A10N, AFMC/AFSC/AFLCMC/AFNWC, DTRA, DOE, NNSA, SNL, KCNSC
•    Evaluate resources and recommend funding requirements to ensure logistics support
•    Develop logistics support strategies for long-term sustainment
•    Analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
•    Support special projects and tasks as assigned by program leadership
•    Provide logistics expertise for acquisition and sustainment decision-making

What you must have:

•    10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
•    Active SECRET clearance
•    Experience with DoD logistics information systems and supply chain management
•    Demonstrated experience leading logistics operations and cross-functional teams
•    Must be U.S. citizen

Bonus Points/ Preferred Requirements:

Highly Preferred:
•    Experience with DoD acquisition programs and government contracting
•    Knowledge of military logistics, provisioning, and sustainment operations
•    Familiarity with NATO logistics requirements and international supply chain operations
•    Experience with specialized or sensitive equipme
