Lead Logistics Booking Service Specialist

Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded into the Maersk environment. The role is responsible for supporting customer operations, reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong mindset for continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation. This role is expected to identify manual and repetitive activities, drive process improvements, and develop automated solutions that increase productivity and reduce operational effort.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer channel management.
• Case management and issue resolution.
• Reporting and KPI management.
• Contract and dispute management.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to improve operational visibility and business performance monitoring.
• Identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions using Power Automate, RPA, VBA Macros, and other digital tools.
• Designing and developing tools to streamline daily operational processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborating with operational teams to transform repetitive tasks into automated workflows.
• Supporting data analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Driving automation projects that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience.

The successful candidate should possess:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset toward process improvement and automation.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, VBA/Macro development, or similar automation tools is highly preferred.
