Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff and cleaning schedules.
- Train new custodial employees and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and event setups as needed.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
