Join our <strong>HVAC Lead Installer Boot Camp</strong>, an <strong>intensive 3-week</strong>, <strong>pass-or-fail training program</strong> designed to transform skilled trade professionals into confident HVAC Lead Installers. <strong>Eligibility: </strong>Open to candidates from willing to work in NY region<br />
<strong>Location:</strong> Training in Bergen, NY<br />
<strong>Start Date:</strong> June 30, 2025<br />
<strong>Duration: </strong>3 weeks<br />

<strong>Program Breakdown:</strong><br />
Week 1: Apprenticeship – Hands-on foundational training<br />
Week 2: Lead Training + EPA Certification Test<br />
Week 3: In-the-Field Work + Final Testing<br />
<br />
<strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong><br />
Training Pay: $15–$20/hr based on experience<br />
Post-Training Pay: $25/hr<br />
<br />
<strong>Tools Provided:</strong><br />
Option to return tools provided or keep them with cost deducted from pay<br />
<br />
<strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />
1–2 years in a hands-on trade (e.g., Construction, Painting, Auto Mechanics, Electrical)<br />
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record<br />
Must be willing to undergo a drug screen, background check, and driver history check<br />
Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more and stand/walk for 8 or more hours
