A Lead HR Technical Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your Responsibilities on the Team
Support large-scale and high-impact HR Systems Integration and Implementation projects.
Design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations with knowledge of Workday Studio integrations.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Evaluate and implement Agentic AI solutions to streamline HR workflows, enhance employee experience and drive automation.
Collaborate with HR business leaders to identify technology opportunities that support HR transformation and digital strategy.
Provide hands-on support for reporting and analytics using Power BI and SQL enabling actionable HR data insights.
Oversee system governance, data integrity, and compliance across HR technology platforms.
Act as a thought leader in the HR Tech space, staying abreast of emerging trends and advising on system enhancements or new tools.
Support project for HR tech initiatives, including system upgrades and new module implementations.
Collaborate with team members across IT and business and provide cross-functional knowledge sharing.
Create a robust roadmap of Employee Lifecycle Experience and how to drive strategies based on employee feedback.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, including hands-on Workday integration (Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio).
Prefer Experience with ServiceNow HRSD integrations and workflows preferred.
Experience with using Qualtrics for HR surveys and feedback.
Familiarity with Agentic AI, large language models, or AI-powered decision-support tools in HR applications.
Proven track record of supporting and managing complex and or large-scale projects and initiatives.
In-depth understanding and knowledge of business processes, enterprise architecture, and best practices.
Experience with strategic planning and business development.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in analytics and data visualization using Power BI, SQL, OR Tableau.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of business acumen and decision-making capability.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
