Lead Front Desk Sales Associate

Position Overview

The prime responsibility of the FDA Lead is to assist in leading and supporting business development of an assigned location within the PCRK Group with a focus on employee development, service quality, development of a consultation and sales focus and execution to brand standards; all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth. A FDA Lead will assist the location manager in driving consistent growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance

Essential Functions

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision, and Values

• Develop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy services and products

• Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives

• Serves as the Manager on Duty during any assigned hours to ensure execution of the daily tasks, successful completion of performance related activities, and triages urgent situations (e.g. facility, incident, customer service, team member) within the location

• Works a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

• Assist location in ensuring progressive growth of active member base, membership dues, service volume, enhancements, skincare, retail, and guest count growth through training, focus, and coaching by fulfilling duties of assign specialized role

• Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations

• Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout the organization

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

• A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team members that support and execute on a sales and service culture

• The ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving service and financial goals

• Experience in a supervisory or management role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong analytical, communication and people skills
