The Lead Electrical Engineer will solve problems, develop and execute personal and team objectives, and develop both short and long term goals by applying knowledge of materials, tools, processes, and products.
 

As a Lead Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating product feature extensions.
  • Adapting solutions and integrating products and services to fulfill customer order requests.
  • Responding to technical customer service requests related to application engineering.
  • Leading the Engineering to Order workflow processes, with the regions and the product development centers.
  • Supporting development through individual efforts and teamwork.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Demonstrate ability to investigate and solve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to take leadership of projects
