Your team

You will be working within the Experience Design & Analytics team supporting the Wealth Management Americas organization. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, service designers, researchers, visual designers, interaction designers, copywriters, experience analysts, conversion specialists and usability experts. You will partner with our Head of Experience Design & Analytics, Practice Head of Experience Analytics & Optimization, Practice Head of DesignOps & Strategy, and Product Crews and Pods across Wealth Management Americas.

Your expertise

• ideally 7+ years of proven UX/UI experience including 5+ of user research experience
• experience in wealth management and wealth management platforms, including client portals, advisor tools, planning tools, robo-advisors, etc.
• experience with user research and testing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting/UserZoom, Maze)
• experience using visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• experience utilizing tools to manage work and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Miro, FigJam)
• familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid design and development
• track record of creating deliverables that define and describe the user-centered client journey, such as experience maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and build-ready annotated screens
• ability to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• track record promoting design thinking with key stakeholders to drive transformation
• experience presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• experience with hypothesis-driven design, Lean UX, and/or dual-track agile
• a strong sense of continuous improvement to grow once’s own craft, learn new tools, and share techniques across community
• a bachelor’s degree in a related field; graduate degree will be considered an asset
• formal certifications in UX/UI will be considered an asset
