What You'll Do:

• Design and Develop: Create and maintain scalable data pipelines that power our Finance Division’s RPA and AI initiatives, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow.

• Build and Optimize: Develop and maintain Finance datamarts to support both analytical and operational needs, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure Quality: Maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and security across all RPA and AI data sources.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with analytics teams to understand data needs and optimize RPA and AI data workflows, implementing best practices in data engineering.

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in RPA and AI projects.

• Communicate Insights: Use your storytelling and visualization skills to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, helping drive smart decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, with a deep understanding of Finance datamarts, ETL processes, and data modeling.

• Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring robust and reliable data solutions.

• Visualization Expert: Expertise in data visualization and storytelling, with experience using Looker Studio to create engaging and informative visuals.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
