What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Manage cleaning schedules and assignments efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Flexibly adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
