Job Summary:

The Lead Student Supervisor will assist Administration with the supervision of students on school campuses and ensures school expectations are being met both inside and outside the school building  in order to ensure a safe and orderly school environment exists for all students. 

Essential Functions:

1. Works with the administrative team to determine goals and staffing for each day and communicates daily tasks to all student supervision staff.
2. Coordinate and direct lunchroom supervisors to ensure students are properly supervised and following expectations.
3. Assists in the supervision and safety of large and small groups of students before and after school and during lunch.
4. Works with students in a resource room setting, assisting with academics and behavior needs.
5. Provides follow-up information to administration on discipline issues.
6. Other duties as assigned by administration.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge

SALARY:
Based on the Paraprofessional Agreement salary schedule Level III, Step 2 at $18.28/hr.
