Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Glascott is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team located in Canberra and surrounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
• Client liaison and relationship building
• Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
• Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
• Mowing
• Mulching
• Pruning
• Pest and disease identification
• Hedging and weeding
• Machinery operation, care, and maintenance

About you:

• Horticulture qualification
• Manual drivers licence
• Valid white card
• Asbestos and Silica Accreditation
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service focus is essential
• Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
