Laborer

As a Laborer at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by loading and unloading scrap tires and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. What You'll Do

• Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR Scrap
• Cart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for delivery
• Assist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customers
• Bag and palletize rubber mulch
• De-bead and de-rim truck tires
• Remove rims on passenger tires using tire machine
• Operate tire recycling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

 

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a warehouse/distribution center

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing/tire recycling center with varying hours Monday through Saturday and potential overtime. The role involves a fast-paced environment with physical demands, including long periods of standing, heavy lifting, and working with equipment and materials.
