ABOUT THE ROLE
The Laborer supports precast production by performing hands-on tasks involved in forming, pouring, finishing, and handling concrete products. This role works as part of a production team to prepare forms, assist in concrete placement, operate equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Success in this position requires reliability, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strip cured concrete products from forms and load for transport
- Clean and prepare forms using hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Set up forms including rebar placement, stressing, and imbeds installation
- Assist with pouring, placing, raking, and shoveling concrete
- Finish concrete using hand and power tools to required specifications
- Perform general plant cleanup and housekeeping duties
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other production equipment
- Support safe operation of trucks, trailers, tractors, and related equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs
