  • Translate laboratory needs into technical tasks and deliver solutions using an Agile-light development approach

  • Perform hands-on development and configuration in development environments, followed by system integration testing (SIT)

  • Create and execute UAT scripts and partner with laboratory users to validate solutions

  • Resolve defects identified during testing and redeploy validated solutions

  • Option 2 – LIMS-First Background: Deep hands-on experience configuring and building workflows in a LIMS platform (SampleManager or similar), may not have a formal IT degree but must demonstrate direct build experience (not requirement gathering alone), comfortable writing scripts, queries, or configuration logic within the LIMS.

This role seeks a candidate who configures within the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through hands-on build and implementation. Success in this position requires direct technical and informatics involvement.
