Kitchen Utility Worker - Lebanon Store - Full Time

• Washes dishes as received from co-workers, keeping area neat, clean and safe, particularly preventing accidents from a wet floor by mopping up in a timely way and placing wet floor signs down.
• Cleans assigned areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions. Cleans shelves, bins, tables, coolers and floor on a regularly scheduled basis following sanitary procedures. Follows closing procedures to ensure complete sanitation of area.
• Follows prep list as set by Operations Manager or supervisor.
• Cleans kitchen equipment as needed and requested by kitchen staff.

Qualifications

Ability to stay focused on task and work well with others in a team situation.  Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. comfortably on a regular basis.

Attendance Requirements

Flexible hours to include weekend and evenings duty .
